| Dr. Bob Breedlove arrived in Tucumcari NM on Tuesday 25 June 2002 at 2:30pm MDT, having ridden 990 miles in 2d 22h 30m. With the Rockies behind him, Bob was ready to start padding his average speed on the flat plains. Highly experienced with desert cycling, Bob was dressed appropriately in white. The upper 90s in eastern NM were the coolest he had experienced in the ride. | ||||
