This page contains sample HTML tags for purposes of learning HTML and apply on your course projects.

Follow these steps to copy and paste this HTML onto your web page:

Select all of the HTML in the box below by clicking on the 'Select All' button.

Copy the HTML to the clipboard by typing Ctrl-C or right-clicking on the highlighted text and choosing 'Copy.'

Paste the HTML into your page by typing Ctrl-V or choosing Edit->Paste from within your editing application.

Of course, you DO need to also create those additional pages (i.e., menu.html, specials.html, and calendar.html). You should do this as an exercise. Make sure that all pages have links to one another so that navigation is easy.

Also play around with the different colors you now know how to make using hexadecimal conversions. Put different colors in the font color tag, as well as in the link, vlink, and alink atributes. Finally, be sure to change the bgcolor in the body tag.
